Embracing a coastal lifestyle is an easy thing to accomplish in Hampstead. There are several waterfront and water access neighborhoods to choose from. From lushly landscaped older developments like Washington Acres to newer, amenity-filled choices such as Hammock Watch, Pelican Reef and Graystone, hopeful home buyers should have no problem finding just what they're after.
