Most properties within Cavalier Woods reflect traditional architectural styles such as brick ranch, Lowcountry and cottage. Square footage ranges from 2500 to 5000+. Home prices average around the mid $300s to $400s (subject to change). Open floor plans are common and many homes have an abundance of desirable features including granite countertops, hardwood flooring, tiled baths, clever built-ins, lots of storage plus space for outdoor entertaining. Lots are on the large side and perfect for active kids. Most properties feature a combination of porches, decks and patios.
