Fairfield Park in Wilmington
Fairfield Park is a melodic mixture of townhomes and single family homes just six minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington and its riverfront and a scant 10-15 minutes to welcoming shores of Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. Beginning at the main entrance to Fairfield Park, the brick walled corner with inlaid brick cobblestone at the crosswalk are accented with small shrubbery and bright, seasonal, flower plantings. The primary road has a well-maintained landscaping with several of the sidewalks winding around the pronounced weeping willows. The area around the back of Fairfield Park, past Island Cove, the community pool, and clubhouse keep rocking chairs on deck under the generous overhang providing relaxing shaded views of an oval-shaped pond for those relaxing southern summer Sundays.
Fairfield Park is home to townhomes in a variety of settings, some have garages, some have private driveways, others have parking lots. The single family homes in the community feature attached garages or private drives.
